Sunday June 8, 2008 National Trails Day Event
Join others in the dedication and trail opening of the new 6 mile section of the Buffalo River Hiking Trail/Ozark Highlands Trail on Sunday June 8, 2008 at l0:30 AM at the Highway 14 bridge over the Buffalo River. After the dedication and presentation by Kevin Cherie, Superintendent of the Buffalo National River there will be an informal pot-luck.
A shuttle will be available for a small fee for those wanting to hike the newly completed trail segment. Bring water and lunch.
