Ozark Society Members and Guests,
On Tuesday evening, January 23, come in from the cold and join us for our first meeting of the new year with a very beneficial program from Ashlyn Jendro, a senior graduate assistant at U of A in the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation.
Ashlyn recently completed her candidacy exams doing research with the MOVE Lab – aka The Neuromechanics of Human Movement Laboratory. Janet Parsch met Ashlyn as a participant in her MOVELab study at Kessler Mountain and felt the information she was exploring fascinating and beneficial for anyone that moves. I could say this will be about how not to fall, but better said it will be about factors of stability. For those of us that enjoy outdoor activities and hiking, it will be very helpful.
As usual, our meeting will be at First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville with social time at 6:30 PM, and meeting starting at 7:00.
