7:00 p.m.:       Guest Speaker Presentation Robin Frisch-Gleason and Discussion

Guest speaker Robin Frisch-Gleason will address the crisis presented by our changing climate.  In this talk you will learn about what is causing our climate to change, and what the present and future consequences are for these changes.  We will discuss what we can do to avert the climate crisis and why we have reason to be hopeful about climate solutions.

Our guest speaker Robin Frisch-Gleason comes to us from Ann Arbor Michigan. Although her main area of research and outreach while working at the U.S. Geological Survey and the Arizona State Geological Survey focused on the Arctic and Antarctic regions, she most recently participated in a program to address the impact of climate change.  Climate Reality Leadership Corps, where Robin received her training, was initiated by Vice President Al Gore to educate the public and inspire action on Climate Change.  Please join us as we address ways to manage this serious and dangerous challenge to our beautiful planet.
