Ozark Society Members … and All Others interested,
It’s September. Autumn, I know it doesn’t feel like it. As Tom Perry mentioned, our meetings will begin again on the 4th Tuesday of each month. We have a great one lined up to kick off the Fall season of Highlands Chapter meetings for those of you that love the outdoors, and most of us do. Emmie Brenzel, who has led sessions at the Ozark Botanical Gardens, will speak on Forest Therapy, sometimes called forest bathing.
Emmie, a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, will give us insight into the history, the science and health benefits of forest therapy. We Ozark Society members have been in forests, but a deeper connection is possible.
Please join us! Bring a friend. We’d love to see you, and if time allows, we will go outside for a guided invitation among the tall trees at the church.
